As we head into a new year, we’re happy to share a special opportunity from our student Psychotherapist, Susy Kilby, here at The Therapeutic Wellness Centre.
✨ Susy is offering a complimentary first session for all new individual clients who book in January or February 2026.
This is a wonderful chance for anyone who has been curious about starting therapy, easing back into support, or exploring a new therapeutic style in a warm, approachable way.
To help you get a feel for Susy and her work, here is one of her recent blog posts:

At The Therapeutic Wellness Centre, we believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy, treating the whole person and not just their symptoms. We use evidence-based techniques and work collaboratively with our clients to help them achieve their goals.

Our team of psychotherapists have a range of experience helping clients overcome a wide range of mental health issues. Our main areas of focus include anxiety, burnout, addiction, depression, emotional regulation, stress, trauma, and relationship issues.

We believe that everyone has the potential for growth and change, and that therapy can help unlock that potential. We provide a safe and supportive environment where our clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment, and find the skills needed to grow in the direction they wish to.

Investing in your own mental health provides lasting benefits for you and those around you. Michelle works primarily with individuals, youth (6+), families, and first responders experiencing challenges with people pleasing, ADHD, anxiety, autism, stress, burnout, emotional regulation, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, and depression.
My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and emotion-focused. This means that I firmly believe you have best interests at heart, I will support you in growing your strengths to achieve your goals, I value your inner emotional experience and work with you to connect and self-regulate. We work together to develop skills to overcome challenges, regulate emotions, manage stress, develop healthy relationships with yourself and others. I offer you a genuinely safe space, filled with openness, compassion, and comfort, to be free to explore, grow and heal at a pace that works for you.

Sean works primarily with individuals, couples, and first responders experiencing challenges with anxiety, men's issues, stress, social awkwardness, sexuality, trauma, autism, relationships, chronic illness and depression.
I bring a collaborative, nonjudgmental, client centered approach. In my space you can expect to be met with open communication, understanding, and acceptance so that we may tread new and existing paths in the direction of self-awareness and growth. By working together, we aim to continue meeting your goals through an emotionally safe and connected experience.
